Ilinca is a corporate communications and corporate culture strategist, with expertise in several key Romanian companies, in areas such as  banking & energy sector, with profound impact in the Romanian economy, where she has been a department head for over 15 years. She has coordinated activities in areas such as internal and external communication, Employer Branding, employee engagement and CSR, leading change and transformation endeavors from her background’s perspective.

As a consultant, Ilinca designed corporate culture, employee communication and Employer Branding programs for various companies in areas such as FMCG, Pharma, IT&C or engineering. In the first 6 years of her career, she worked in external communication for institutions such as Word Bank and the EU.

More than 2 years ago, as a self-discovery journey, she has handled external communication strategies and plans for contemporary art projects.
